Who owns the content on Youtube and who governs it?

The content belongs to its rightful owner which are the individuals who uploaded. Youtube cannot reproduce unless it is mutually agreed upon between two parties. They have the right to post ads in between the videos and this agreed upon via electronic signature. In addition to, Youtube has no right to delete as long as it does not violate the mission and vision of Youtube and does not receive a considerable amount of hate comments and complaints. Youtube is under a internalization license.
